Orbis in Malta

Orbis was founded by an allaince bringing together the medical and aviation industries. Since the 1970s, Orbis made it its mission to assist doctors and nurses from low-income countries in their training.

In 1982, Orbis launched the "Orbis Flying Eye Hospital".  As a state-of -the-art teaching facility complete with  operating room, classroom and recovery room, this plane brings hope and help to areas where otherwise eyecare would not be possible.

In their recent visit to Malta, Orbis where assisted and taken care of by DC Aviation.
